Benue Digital Infrastructure Company (BDIC) PLC recently solidified a strategic technical partnership with Galaxy Backbone (GBB), led by Mr. Owoicho Igoji, Chief of Staff/SA to the MD/CEO, representing Terwase Gbande, the MD/CEO.
The delegation included key BDIC executives: Jacob Ayua, Chief Technology Officer; Engr. Teryima Akaade, Chief Technology Officer – Infraco; Charles Luper Kwaghtongo, Group Head of Special Projects; Gabriel Nwankwo, Head of Software; Mr. Ikomi, Monitoring and Evaluation Lead; and Dooyum Naadzenga, Head of Marketing and Media.
The visit focused on deepening the technical collaboration between BDIC and Galaxy Backbone, leveraging GBB’s expertise to accelerate Benue State’s digital transformation. This technical partnership underscores BDIC’s commitment to building resilient, scalable digital platforms that strengthen public service delivery and e-governance.
Jacob Ayua highlighted Galaxy Backbone’s essential role in providing technical support to BDIC for designing and managing digital networks and services customized for Benue’s unique requirements. The alliance will fast-track deployment of advanced cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data center technologies critical to the state’s infrastructure needs.
Mr. Owoicho Igoji described the engagement as a key milestone in strengthening institutional technical ties vital for sustainable digital development. Engr.
